About

In the spring of 2011 I came up with the brilliant idea of cycling from Stockholm to Oslo and visit my friend Carl. I was tired of people always telling me that the bike I rode was no good for anything other than my daily commute, that the small wheels would slow me down or that it would suddenly fold down. So my friend Nick and I started to plan, procrastinating away in order to stop thinking about our bachelor thesis in engineering that was due before summer.
That was last year. This year I decided to raise the bar. I had proven to all the sceptics that the Brompton was much more than a funnily looking bike with small wheels, this was of course no news to me. It did however get me wondering about where its limits lie, and mine...
So to see who would reach it first, this spring I decided to push my Brompton to its limits, to take it across six boarders, seven countries and over 2100km, just to see; who folds first.
